Straight from the vine and into the saute pan. I couldn't resist photographing the cooking of today's lunch! Recipe: Melt one teaspoon butter in a pan. Add one small zucchini, sliced. Saute for 2 minutes on medium high heat until tender. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
I bet it was delicious! I'll remember the recipe.
