Sugar Snap Peas

I've started my fall, cool weather planting. I purchased 15 sugar snap peas from Roger's Gardens and this morning (very early) I built a climbing trellis for them. I like to use bamboo (one pole vertical and one pole at an angle lashed together for stability). Next, I use jute twine to create the climbing trellis.

I like your garden, I want mine to be neat like that, but it doesn't seem to want to do that.

Some things just pop up out of nowhere. I'm not complaining about that, I think I like that part the most when it comes to gardening.

I just don't know exactly how you go about training the plants to not encroach on one another's space. If that's even possible.

Thank you for the pictures.

My garden is very tiny. It starts out neat and you are correct, as it begins to grow, chaos.

To Mahes: Missed a regular summer crop this year. The dirt was just sitting there, fallow. It took great reserve to wait this long.

My garden is tiny too.

It's just a little plot really, in a community garden with a few other people.

I need to measure it, but you are right about the chaos part. If I don't keep my eyes on those weeds, especially the bermuda grass weeds, I start to ask people for some help, because it gets too much for me.
