Jade in Bloom

Lovely star-like blooms cover this jade plant.

Don't know why I haven't come across your blog before. I added it to my list of California blogs that are kept up to date most often.

We like a lot of the same things, you and I. Jade, for example. It may be a "trash" plant to some people, but I like it: dependable, no maintenance, brightens up vacant lots and as you say, lovely flowers.

Hey, your aloes are doing the same thing mine are, making that topknot at the tip. Is it aloe mite, do you know? Is it damaging the plant?

And, omigosh, aren't the Yuletide blooming their heads off this year? Wonderful, like a fireworks display.

And artichokes, I have them, too, but mine aren't as far along as yours.
