Herbs: Oregano and Parsley

Fresh herbs from the garden are a bonus to the home gardener.  As a California gardener, most herbs can be grown fresh year round.  After a shaky start, both the parsley and oregano have taken hold in the garden.  The next round of tomatoes I prepare for freezing will include these fresh herbs.

Wow, those herbs look, well, herbalicious! You might want try coiling your house in alternated clockwise/counterclockwise loops, so you don't have a corkscrew-type hose. That basket looks nice, wider at the top. I have used clay pots with the same idea. By the way, what sort of squash did you get from that volunteer? [I've made sort of a mashup of comments on your notes.] Great pictures, too!
