Foxglove



The foxglove is one of the grandest flowers in the garden as well as most toxic. The name foxglove was given to the plant because of the bell shaped flower which would perfectly fit the foot of the fox.

Those are absolutely gorgeous -- I don't think I've ever seen one (at least not to recognize it) before!
