I received an environmental mailing from my city this week. When you live in Southern California you want to be mindful of water usage. One area of interest is a website which helps you calculate how much you should water by number of minutes and number of times per week. You can enter your zip code and soil type and plant water needs and voila it provides a month by month breakout. Of course this is just a guide line since actual weather conditions can impact water usage.
