Bougainvillea



Bougainvillea grow very well in Southern California because of the warm, sunny days. The actual flower is very small and white. These tiny flowers are surrounded by colorful bracts. Most of us are familiar with another plant with bracts: pointsettias!

This plant is trained up a pillar. Some people use this plant ground cover.
